**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks (LAN, WLAN), printers, and other peripherals.
- Provide timely and effective technical support to faculty, administrative staff, and students on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems efficiently, ensuring mínimal disruption to school operations.
- Manage and maintain the school's network infrastructure, including internet connectivity, security systems (firewalls, antivirus), and data backups.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and solutions for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements relevant to the education sector and recommend potential upgrades or improvements.
- Assist in the implementation and support of educational technology tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with external IT vendors for specialized support when necessary.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of school data.
- Perform other IT-related duties as required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree (BE or B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience 2 Years in IT support and system administration, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with network security principles and practices.
- Familiarity with managing and maintaining school-related software and online learning platforms is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication1 and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts2 to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

**Pay Scale**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
