**Location**: Indirapuram, Ghaziabad (6 days a week)

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and YouTube long videos.

**Eligibility**:

- Must have a Graduation Degree.
- Experience preparing for YouTube videos as content developer

**Working style requirements**:

- Strong work ethic and maintains high quality in outputs
- Works well during time-pressure and approaching deadlines
- Takes feedback well

**Technical Requirements**:

- Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro/After effects
- Demonstrable interest in current affairs (mostly, India economy and politics)
- Lives and breathes YouTube
- Comfortable in Hindi and English
- Prior experience working on “explainer” video is highly desirable but not a requirement._

**What you can hope to achieve**:

- Opportunity to work on critical social issues facing India
- Develop a research-driven approach to problem-solving
- Salary of 22k - 30k per month (if you can match our requirements)

The hiring process would have the following steps:

- Application submission;
- Video editing task - edit a sample video (around 2 - 5 mins);
- Onsite Interview - to understand your motivation and expectations; and
- Final offer

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
