Candidate Onboarding Coordinator

**Job role
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with team and other stakeholders to coordinate onboarding requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining onboarding tasks, timelines, and responsible parties.
- Coordinate onboarding activities.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of onboarding processes.
- Monitor progress of onboarding tasks and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or roadblocks in the onboarding process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of onboarding activities.
- Collect feedback from the stakeholders to continuously improve our onboarding services.
**Requirements**:
- **Proven experience 1-3 years in project coordination or onboarding coordinating activities, preferably in HR roles**.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
- Ability to create and maintain detailed project plans and documentation.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
