**Job Title**: Receptionist / Billing Executive

**Job Summary**
The Receptionist / Billing Executive will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, responsible for providing courteous assistance, managing front-desk operations, and ensuring accurate and timely patient billing in compliance with NABH and hospital standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants with professionalism and empathy.
- Handle patient registration, admission, and discharge formalities.
- Generate and process patient bills accurately (OPD/IPD/Diagnostics).
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, and accounts teams for smooth billing and documentation flow.
- Manage cash, card, and online payments while maintaining daily collection records.
- Ensure all forms, consents, and billing documents are filled, verified, and securely filed.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information at all times.
- Support NABH quality documentation and audit processes.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Business, or Healthcare Administration).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hospital front office or billing operations (in a NABH setup preferred).
- Proficiency in hospital management software (HIS/ERP).
- Excellent communication, customer service, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of insurance processes and TPA documentation is desirable.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
