*Job Title: Front Office Receptionist*
*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a highly organized and courteous Front Office Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Greet and welcome visitors*: Receive and direct visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
3. *Handle appointments and scheduling*: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events using calendars and scheduling tools.
4. *Maintain records and databases*: Update and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
5. *Provide administrative support*: Assist with administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
6. *Manage mail and packages*: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
7. *Maintain office supplies*: Order and maintain office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
*Requirements:*
1. *Education*: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, administration, or related field preferred.
2. *Experience*: 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a related role.
3. *Skills*:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
4. *Language*: Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
5. *Availability*: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if required).
*Preferred Qualifications:*
1. *Certifications*: Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Certified Receptionist (CR) designation.
2. *Software skills*: Experience with hotel management software, CRM systems, or other relevant software.
3. *Industry experience*: Experience working in a related industry, such as hospitality, healthcare, or finance.
