**Job Summary**

We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. This role is ideal for a fresher passionate about recruitment and eager to learn end-to-end hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Post job openings on various job boards and company career pages.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, such as LinkedIn posts and career fairs.
- Support other HR activities as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. (MBA is add-on)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to multitask and handle recruitment tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus.
