**Location**: Mumbai (Borivali) / Noida (Sector 16)

**Working Days** - Mon - Friday (WFO)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement a robust B2B sales strategy to target educational institutions, study abroad consultancies, and related organizations.

**Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.

**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

**Sales Presentations & Proposals**: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of iSchool India’s solutions.

**Negotiation & Closing**: Lead negotiations with potential clients, secure contracts, and achieve sales targets.

**Market Analysis**: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.

**Reporting**: Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.

**Experience**: Minimum of 0-2years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the Edtech or education sector. Experience in study abroad services is a strong plus.

**Skills**:
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong network within the education sector.

Ability to understand and communicate complex product offerings.

Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

**Personal Attributes**:
