**About the Role & Team**
We are looking for a seasoned recruiter leader who will partner with peers and stakeholders on various projects related to recruiting - Lateral Hiring, Employee Referral, and fulfilling recruitment mandates.
**What you’ll do**:
Designing, driving, and implementing strategies related to all - non-tech hiring needs across the company
- Lead the efforts in hiring across verticals including leadership and niche hiring.
- Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Conduct analysis and report key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders.
- End-to-end hiring projects such as campus Hiring, lateral Hiring, employee referral etc.
**What You’ll Need**:
- Relevant work experience of 2-4 years in Recruitment, experience in fast-paced environment would be a plus
- Sound understanding of sourcing techniques, usage of job boards, and tool
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work with spreadsheets and dashboards
- High degree of initiative and on-the-ground execution focus
- Excellent communication skills
