We are seeking an experienced Female Ecommerce Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Ecommerce Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce portal. Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth functioning of the e-commerce website, optimize operational processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.

**Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end operations of our e-commerce portal, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to ecommerce operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate product information, pricing, and availability on the website.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of products and maintain healthy relationships.
- Work closely with the IT team to resolve any technical issues or bugs on the ecommerce platform.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies in ecommerce operations.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on ecommerce performance, including sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and implement strategies to optimize the customer journey, from browsing to checkout, to improve conversion rates and overall user experience.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales events on the ecommerce platform.

**Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce operations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and technologies, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Proficiency in using ecommerce analytics tools to monitor and analyze performance metrics.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment processes.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 2 years (preferred)
