**What You’ll Do**
- **Order Management**: Process and manage orders across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and our website.
- **Inventory Control**: Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate restocking as needed.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Collaborate with logistics partners like Shiprocket to ensure seamless delivery.
- **Packing & Dispatch**: Oversee and manage packing and shipping to ensure timely fulfilment.
- **Platform Management**: Monitor and update product listings, pricing, and promotions on ecommerce platforms.
- **Customer Support**: Assist with resolving operational issues like delayed deliveries or returns.
- **Reporting**: Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in ecommerce operations or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for inventory and reporting.
- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shiprocket is a plus.
- **Traits**:

- Problem-solver with a proactive attitude.
- Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
