- ? Job Profile include:

- Configuring & Maintaining IP’s & URL whitelisting and blacklisting on McAfee Web-Gateway
- Maintaining IP Schema and Network structure for PAN India Branch
- Co-ordinating with ISP’s i.e., Airtel, Tata, BSNL and Local Broadband Vendors at branches
regarding Link issues.
- Setting up and Maintaining DR Setup at for Company Servers, conducting Mock Drill and
reviewing RPO (Recovery Point Object) & RTO Recovery Time Object for Business Applications
- Weekly calls with Admin, Business Team and discussed about branch requirement and
Maintenance Issues
- Co-ordinating with vendors like Fortinet, CISCO, Sophos, McAfee & Hitachi for Tech support
and solutions.
- Creating & Configuring VLANs and switch ports for Company Network Environment
- Monitoring of links on ISP provided tools like SIP Airtel and Smart Net Airtel and TATA Portal
- Coordination for PAN India IT Infra support for setting up Branch with Physical Cabling,
Network Device, CCTV and Bio-Metric (Attendance Machine)
- Job Responsibility:

- Networking / Installation & Configuration- ? Installing and maintaining network and data communication hardware and software environment
- ? Planning, designing, installing and configuring, upgrading, maintaining LAN, as per organizational requirements, governed by communication protocols
- ? Network Design, Implementation and Monitoring, Technical Inventory
- ? Basic understanding of DNS and DHCP Servers.
- ? Troubleshooting networking problems to ensure minimum downtime & maximum availability of network.
- Technical / Customer Support
- ? Troubleshooting problems pertaining to Network Administration and System Bugs & meeting deadlines and TAT without compromising quality norms and adhering to SLA
- ? Addressing queries regarding the Information System / Software & extending onsite support including maintenance of hardware / software

- 7) Should be capable to Drive Incidents
- 8) ISE NAC Management
- 9) Wireless Controller Management
- 10) Knowledge of Virtualization Environment
- 11) Skilled ITIL Professional
- 12) Working Knowledge on Security Protocols pertaining to RBI Requirements
- 13) WAF, Proxy and IPS Working Knowledge
- 14) Configuring & Maintaining Network Object, Policy, Web Filtering, Application Control, NAT, IPSec
- Tunnel, VPN Creation etc on Centralized Firewall located at Data Center
- 15) Activation of MPLS Link connectivity of more than 200+ PAN India of Company branch.- Call logging & following up with ISP’s for MPLS and Leased Line link issues
- Monitoring & Management of Network & appliances
- Ensure early resolution to the issues to meet SLA
- Ensure hardening & patching of devices meet compliance standards
- Following up with Vendors, Service Providers & Partners - hardware & software whenever
required & resolve issues by minimizing downtimes
- Generation of various weekly & monthly reports
