**JOB PURPOSE**:
1. Maintains a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by establishing and enforcing management security policies and procedures;
2. To supervise the security guard force.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
Shall be responsible for the following, but not limited to, he will ensure that PSA is providing services as per the specifications laid down by KH Security department & Management from time to time, and shall by and large cover, but not limited to, the following:

- Taking care of Security tasks and other team members
- manage schedules, Fire Fighting, First aid
- will have to work with senior officials to know targets
- need to prepare daily reports and Inward out ward maintenance
- Impart Training over Security and Disaster Management, CCTV monitoring, Mock drills and use of Fire Extinguishers, Elevators rescue, etc to internal/PSA staff
- Maintain records of Security, Fire fighting, Lift Operation, Disaster Management, Parking Management, Key Management & CCTV Monitoring
- Supervise over outsourced security deployed manpower

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
