Responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment - KYC process and PCC, On site inspection, grooming, discipline, on bench strength, manpower planning,

2. Training - Initial industry specific, recurrent, basic First Aid, Drill, Fire supression, Evacuation procedures

3. Surprise checks and night rounds, reporting, fixing issues, closing observations.

4. Maintaining Client relations,

5. Reporting, Communication with Office, Clients, Compliance

6. Invoice, Billing, Collection, disbursement,

7. Regulatory Compliance, liaison with all Agencies
- Responsibility to keep full manpower on site, and hiring, recruiting of manpower in case of shortage at site
- Maintain Client relation and reporting to management
- Must Have Bike and experience in same field atleast for 5+ years
- Be well-spoken, presentable and alert

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹34,152.46 per month
