Marketing Executive (Local & Export Sales)
Overview:
As a Marketing Executive specializing in local and export sales, your primary role is to drive business growth by promoting the company's products or services to both domestic and international markets. Your responsibilities will include creating compelling marketing materials, managing online presence on international websites, and supporting ecommerce efforts. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, communication skills, and a deep understanding of the target markets.
**Responsibilities**:
**Local and Export Sales**:
Ø Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in both local and international markets.
Ø Identify and prospect potential customers, distributors, and partners.
Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Ø Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Ø Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts.
**Marketing Collateral and Materials**:
Ø Create and update company brochures, sales presentations, product catalogues, and other marketing collateral.
Ø Ensure marketing materials are compelling, accurate, and aligned with the company's branding guidelines.
Ø Collaborate with the design team or external agencies to develop visually appealing and impactful materials.
**International Online Presence**:
Ø Register and maintain the company's presence on relevant international websites, directories, and industry platforms.
Ø Optimize content and keywords to improve search engine visibility and generate leads.
Ø Monitor and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ø Coordinate with the digital marketing team to implement effective online marketing campaigns.
**Ecommerce Support**:
Ø Assist in managing the company's ecommerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
Ø Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer support.
Ø Monitor online sales performance, analyze data, and propose strategies to increase conversion rates and revenue.
Ø Stay updated on emerging ecommerce trends and technologies to optimize the company's online sales efforts.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a B2B or export-oriented industry.
3. Strong knowledge of local and international markets, including market trends and competition.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, ecommerce platforms, and content management systems.
6. Creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling marketing materials.
7. Strong analytical skills to track and measure marketing performance.
8. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics and business priorities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
