**We are looking for a Full-time Field Sales Executive**

**Job Specification**:
**Education**: Graduation/ B.sc/M.sc (Agriculture) or BBA or MBA

**Experience**: 01 to 02 years of relevant experience

**Computer Efficiency**: MS Office, Internet surfing

**Salary: NO BAR if you have all below-mentioned qualities and as per final interview.**

- To search for potential users of the Current territory to increase sales
- Keep management informed by regular reporting in a particular format, which will be given by the company
- To take orders from existing users as well as from new users
- Maintain working relationships and follow up with existing clients, customers, and buyers to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
- Maintain records of all sales leads
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems & developing solutions
- Have to visit a minimum of 25 target customers per day for the marketing
- Have to provide maximum information about the company and product to build customer trust and satisfaction
- To collect the product from courier partner or transport office and pay (In case of COD order) to courier boy
- Hand over product to the user and collect money from the user
- Field Sales Officers shall use the most ethical practices while engaging in any sales activity

**Skills Required**:

- Achieve targeted sales at any cost.
- Good Communication skills.
- Strong listening and understanding skills for conversation with customers.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasker, prioritize routine work.
- The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good convincing skill.
- Good to sort out Direct Inquiries
- Has a good knowledge of major pests, diseases, deficiencies, and toxicity affecting the key crops.
