**Job Title**: Factory Labour - Cattle Feed Manufacturing

**Salary**: 11,000- 14,000/- per month

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking hardworking and reliable factory labourers to join our cattle feed manufacturing unit. The role involves assisting in various stages of production, packaging, and warehouse management to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor feed production machinery.
- Handle raw materials, including unloading and storing ingredients.
- Mix, process, and package cattle feed according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear protective equipment.
- Assist in loading and unloading finished products.
- Report any machinery malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets.

**Requirements**:

- No formal education required; prior experience in a manufacturing or feed industry is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required.
- Basic understanding of safety and hygiene protocols.
- Punctuality, discipline, and teamwork.
