**Job Title**: Marketing and Communications Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated **Marketing and Communications Assistant** to join our team at a leading digital marketing company. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in media, press, or news who is enthusiastic about brand-building and has a willingness to travel domestically and internationally. You will support the Marketing and Communications team in developing strategies that amplify our brand, strengthen our media relationships, and engage our target audiences across various channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Communications and PR Support**:

- Assist in drafting and distributing press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials.
- Support media relations efforts by maintaining media contact lists, tracking coverage, and liaising with journalists and influencers.

**Marketing Campaign Assistance**:

- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media posts, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop marketing collateral that aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives.

**Event and Media Coordination**:

- Help organize and coordinate company events, press conferences, and media briefings.
- Represent the company at industry events and assist in networking efforts, engaging with partners, stakeholders, and media contacts both domestically and internationally.

**Research and Analytics**:

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to support communication strategies.
- Compile and analyze performance metrics for campaigns and events, preparing reports for internal review.

**Administrative and Logistical Support**:

- Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and itineraries for the team’s events and media activities.
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining CRM systems, and organizing documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or media-related roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within India and internationally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
