Location **Noida** The Opportunity We are seeking a highly articulate and driven **Sales Intern** to be the crucial first point of contact with our potential clients. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop foundational sales skills, particularly in communication, lead qualification, and professional relationship-building. You will play a vital role in fueling our sales pipeline by identifying genuine opportunities and preparing them for our Sales Managers. Key Responsibilities - **Lead Qualification**: Conduct effective discovery calls to understand the prospect's needs, challenges, and timeline, ensuring they meet the criteria for a qualified sales opportunity. - **Appointment Setting**: Skillfully schedule follow-up meetings and demonstrations for qualified leads with the respective Sales Manager, ensuring all necessary context is documented and transferred. - **Communication Excellence**: Maintain a high standard of professional and engaging communication throughout all interactions, representing the company positively. - **CRM Management**: Accurately log all communication, qualification details, and scheduled appointments in the CRM system. - **Feedback & Improvement**: Provide continuous feedback to the marketing and sales teams on the quality of leads and effectiveness of outreach strategies. What We're Looking For - **Exceptional Communication Skills (A Must-Have)**: Proven ability to articulate clearly, confidently, and persuasively over the phone and in writing.
