**Reports To**

Vice Principal, Principal and Correspondent

**Main Working Relationships**

Admissions, Communications, Finance, Principal Assistants, Vendors

**Responsibilities**
- Middle School Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of educational support services to staff and students. Monitoring systems, improving and reporting the standards of the teaching-learning processes
- Assist in developing the support service and overall educational performance.

**General**

In addition to the key responsibilities listed above, the Coordinator should:

- Proactively monitor and assign responsibilities as appropriate.
- Responsible for all day-to-day academicissues. Provide support by phone, on-site or remotely.
- Manage middle school projects and handle external vendors, and contact vendors for effective transactions.
- Preparing, maintaining, and assigning roles and responsibilities of teachers and non-teaching staff.
- Being an administrator, creating and maintaining records and reports for the CBSE.

**Required Qualifications**
- Post Graduate in Science/ Mathematics and a degree in Education
- 3 + years of experience in an administrative role.
- 5+ years experience, teaching in a CBSE school of repute.
- Excellent communication skill in English and Tamil is a must
- A very sound Knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and procedures in a school is a must.
- Ability to handle multi-tasks and able to communicate effectively with parents and teachers.
- Expertise in planning and coordinating
