Education Leadership PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the implementation of our curriculum across various centers.The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and auditing these centers to ensure high standards of quality and excellence.Excellent communication skills are essential, as this role requires regular interaction with key stakeholders, including the Headmistress, Teachers, and staff members.The ability to provide timely information and feedback to the Headmistress is crucial in ensuring smooth operations.This position involves developing virtual learning curricula that cater to the needs of our students.The Academic Manager will also organize and implement curriculum meets across India, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among educators.Daily coordination with the Headmistress and Principal is necessary to address ongoing issues and make informed decisions.This role requires collecting and maintaining data related to center performance, which will inform strategic decision-making.The Academic Manager will monitor admissions at centers and provide guidance on publicity strategies through events.New center setup and training programs will be overseen by this individual, who will also hand-hold and train new Heads of Centers until they settle into their roles.Maintaining confidentiality and establishing mutual trust and respect are essential aspects of this position.The role demands active listening and a willingness to take constructive feedback seriously, ensuring that student safety and well-being are paramount.Reliability and consistency in attending meetings at the Head office are expected, along with regular progress reports to the Department head.All policies and guidelines must be adhered to, and various events throughout the year will be developed and executed by the Academic Manager.This position involves training and implementing development programs, conducting interviews to appoint Heads of Centers, and updating important documents and presentations.Analyzing and maintaining vital information from centers with mentors is also an essential responsibility.Parent queries and concerns must be addressed promptly to ensure high-quality service delivery.Marketing-related workshops and Prep publicity materials, such as annual planners and holiday lists, will be developed by the Academic Manager.
