**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Assist in creating engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, & LinkedIn.
- **Scheduling & Posting**: Help schedule posts using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and ensure timely delivery of content across platforms.
- **Community Engagement**: Interact with followers by responding to comments and messages, and engaging with users across different social media platforms.
- **Social Media Monitoring**: Track social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Support in monitoring and analyzing the performance of social media posts and campaigns, and provide insights and suggestions for improvement.
- **Research**: Assist in researching industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content creation.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment in social media activities.
- **Campaign Assistance**: Provide support in running and managing paid social media campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Basic understanding of social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset and passion for social media trends and content creation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) are an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
