**About the Role**

Swain Aluminium Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic **Marketing Trainee** to support our marketing and sales activities. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate new business leads through field visits and relationship-building
- Promote products to distributors and retailers
- Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns
- Provide support to the sales team with market insights and materials
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Communicate with clients and channel partners
- Track campaign performance and assist with reporting

**Qualifications**
- Any graduate (Marketing/Business preferred)
- 0-1 year of experience (Freshers encouraged to apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of marketing, sales, and CRM systems
