**Job purpose**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our Marketing team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for recent post-graduates or individuals looking to kick-start their career in marketing and sales.

**Roles and responsibilities**:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets.

2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.

3. Support the creation of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and sales presentations.

4. Engage in field sales activities when required to meet specific targets or engage with high-value prospects.

5. Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback to enhance product/service offerings.

6. Maintain accurate records of sales data with lists of clients and progress in CRM systems.

**Qualifications**:
1. Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Previous internships or relevant work experience in marketing/sales is preferred.

**Skills**:
1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

2. Strong problem-solving skills.

3. Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and evaluate.

4. Ability to think strategically.

5. Strong interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
