What You Will Do
- Explore talent management agencies in regions prominent in speaking Tamil & Malayalam (both) that can help us get Broadcaster resources to join the app to showcase their Talent/ performance on the app
- Develop strategic plans to achieve Monetization targets and expand Tamil & Malayalam language market presence.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop Tamil + Malayalam specific promotional materials and campaigns Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress.
- Work closely with other business development team members and put in the best efforts to achieve business objectives
- Providing support and giving training to Audio Broadcasters/ Vloggers in case of queries.
- Work as per aligned KPIs and put in best efforts to achieve business objectives
- Follow up and manage recruited agencies and retain them and broadcasters/creators Requirements
- 1-3 years of Agency/Creator Onboarding experience in Live streaming industry (Audio live streaming is preferred)
- Tamil & Malayalam Fluency (read/write/speak) is compulsory.
- Passion for learning new things, and solving challenging revenue problems.
