**BDE Responsibilities**:

- Working on online bidding, lead generations
- Explore business opportunities & convert potential leads into business.
- Research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Crafting business proposals.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Ensure high level of client satisfaction.
- Remaining in tune with trends to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

**BDE Requirements**:

- Qualification
- Bachelors (preferred)
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Schedule**: Night Shift

**Mode**: Hybrid Mode (Both WFO and WFH)

**Experience**: 1-5 yrs

**Salary**:2.4- 6.5 Lakhs per annum + Incentives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
