**Job Description: Gujarati Tele caller**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Make calls to parents provided script or talking points.
- **Product/Service Promotion**: Effectively communicate information about products or services to generate interest and persuade prospects to take desired actions.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing potential interest in the offerings.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with customers by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns.
- **Data Entry**: Record and update customer information accurately in the database during and after each call.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address additional queries, and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for the number of calls made, leads generated, and other relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Feedback and Reporting**: Provide feedback on customer responses, common objections, and overall market trends. Generate reports on call activities and outcomes.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with team members, sales representatives, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve overall organizational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Fluency in Gujarati**: Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Gujarati is essential.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and build relationships with customers.
- **Sales Aptitude**: Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Ability to provide excellent customer service, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Computer Literacy**: Basic knowledge of computer systems, data entry, and CRM software.
- **Target-Driven**: Ability to work towards and achieve specified targets and goals.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to adapt to different scripts, products, and industries.
- **Pleasant Demeanor**: Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.
- **Time Management**: Efficiently manage time to make a high volume of calls and achieve daily objectives.
