**Description**

Execute accounting principles in compliance with internal SOX, Anti-Corruption and Operational Controls for (1) general ledger accuracy (2) audit accuracy and (3) reporting accuracy
- Structured data entry including, but not limited to:
a. Vendor Invoices

b. Vendor Master Data

c. Payment Voids and related clearing

d. Vendor Freight Claims

e. Vendor Invoice and Goods Receipt clearing

f. Sales and Cash clearing
- Standard report generation and distribution
- Reply to 3rd party partners via structured responses
- General ledger and sub-ledger clearing
- Identify irregularities and variances against audit and controls criterion
- Prepare monthly black book accounts (general ledger balance sheet reconciliations)
- Analyze incoming questions or variances and determine routing to correct team
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc analysis
- Identify areas of opportunity and recommend solutions for achieving optimal efficiency and effectiveness
- Cross-functional team player

- Conducts all work in an ethical, honest, professional, and confidential manner
- Ability to execute tasks in a thorough, composed, accurate and timely fashion while managing multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
- Advanced degree or CPA a plus
- 2 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or related
- Relevant SAP experience required
