**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients, understanding their business model, market position, and technology requirements.
- Present QuantumCrafters Studio’s services and products confidently through persuasive pitches and personalized presentations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and effective service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM software.
- Achieve and exceed assigned acquisition targets, regularly reporting progress to management.
- Actively seek feedback from prospects and clients to refine acquisition strategies.
**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development, preferably within IT services, SaaS products, or technology sectors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling objections professionally.
- Passion for technology, specifically AI and digital transformation services.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in SaaS sales or IT consulting.
- Understanding of AI technologies, digital marketing, and IT solutions.
- Strong network within the IT and educational sectors.
