**About your new role**:

- Conduct outbound calls to a daily quota of minimum 100 leads.
- Learn about and stay updated on the study abroad processes for specific countries.
- Develop a strong understanding of our programs, services, and educational offerings.
- Build and maintain rapport with leads.
- Track and document all interactions with leads in our CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets based on call attempts, successful connections,

and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the admissions and counseling teams.

- Dedication to the assigned task, with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in a customer service, telemarketing, or call center role is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
