Job Summary:
As a Field Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to sell services to customers in designated geographical areas. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting market research to identify potential customers and generate leads

2. Meeting and exceeding sales targets by actively selling services to customers in the field

3. Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty

4. Presenting and demonstrating service offerings to customers and addressing their questions or concerns

5. Negotiating and closing sales deals in accordance with company policies and procedures

6. Providing after-sales support, including handling customer complaints or inquiries and resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner

7. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities

8. Collaborating with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure effective coordination and communication for customer needs

9. Preparing and submitting regular sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the web development and internet marketing industry

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish relationships with customers

3. Strong negotiation and closing skills to achieve sales targets

4. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

5. Knowledge of the product or service offerings, market trends, and customer needs

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances

7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated sales territory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
