We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design strategy, crafting intuitive user interfaces, and delivering exceptional user experiences across digital platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a seamless and cohesive design process from concept to final implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design strategy, process, and execution of UI/UX across all digital products and platforms.
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure user-centered design.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that align with product goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to translate business goals into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user interfaces.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and promoting a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the design process.
- Ensure consistency in design language, style guides, and interaction patterns across all platforms.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Analyze user data, feedback, and metrics to iterate and enhance the overall user experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a minimum of 2 years in a lead or senior design role.
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of UX principles, creative UI design, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Strong knowledge of responsive and adaptive design approaches.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges.
- Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
- Experience in Blockchain is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion design, animations, or interactive elements.
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Pay: ₹11,211.86 - ₹42,802.69 per month
