**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers and developers to gather requirements and understand user needs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze insights to continuously improve design solutions.
- Develop intuitive user flows, information architecture, and interaction designs that enhance user experience.
- Maintain a consistent design language across all platforms and contribute to the evolution of the design system.
- Work closely with the development team for efficient design handoff and provide support during implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Research emerging design trends, conduct competitive analysis, and propose innovative UI/UX solutions.
- Adapt to changing project requirements and evolving business needs with a flexible approach.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs.
- Maintain a positive attitude and enthusiasm when tackling complex design challenges.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
