**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and run raw data reports from multiple internal systems.
- Execute data collection procedures and prepare reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Create and deliver country-specific reports tailored to business requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of final reports to stakeholders.
- Continuously enhance reporting processes to improve efficiency and adaptability.
- Prepare and analyze statistical data and generate meaningful insights.
- Create survey reports and performance dashboards.
- Monitor and manage key operational metrics, including timeliness, accuracy, scheduling, shrinkage, and attrition.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Develop and maintain macro-based templates for operational and support teams.
- Respond to queries from US-based clients regarding reporting and data insights.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3-5 years of proven experience in MIS and Data Analytics.
- Experience in the property management sector or a related field is a plus.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

**Shift Timing**: Monday to Friday | 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM (Night Shift)
**Weekends Off**: Saturday & Sunday
