Position : Service advisor /Supervisors

Location : -, Katraj, Ambegaon

Education / Qualification : - **DME / DAE / ITI**

Experience : -4/5 Years

Salary : - 20k to 25k

**Duties and responsibilities.**

**Service Advisor / Supervisors**

The service advisor's responsibilities include **greeting customers, listening to requests, scheduling appointments, estimating costs, verifying insurance, conducting inspections, and test driving cars**.

Assigns jobs and work areas to employees according to their skills and knowledge.

Arranges for and participates in re-conditioning of used equipment and set-up of new equipment.

Prepare & Review all repair work orders for accuracy and completeness in concerning parts, materials and labor and approves the release of equipment for delivery to the customer.

Maintains a clean and safe working environment for all technicians.

Explain process to clients so they understand what to expect and when their automotive will be repaired
