As a graphic designer, you will be an integral part of our creative team, bringing visual concepts to life and enhancing the overall aesthetics of our brand. You will play a key role in designing various marketing materials, ensuring a consistent and appealing visual identity across all platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for a variety of platforms, including digital and print materials such as social media graphics, brochures, banners, presentations, and more.
- Conceptualization: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop visual concepts that align with marketing strategies and objectives.
- Branding: Ensure consistency in visual elements, including fonts, colors, and imagery, to maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity.
- Digital and Print Design: Design graphics optimized for both digital platforms (websites, social media) and traditional print materials.
- Image Editing: Manipulate and enhance digital images for various marketing and promotional purposes.
- Creativity: Bring a fresh perspective to design projects by exploring new ideas and staying updated on design trends.
- Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and effectively translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Feedback Incorporation: Receive and implement feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve design projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design precision.
- A minimum of six months of experience is required, and fresher can also apply.

**Working Conditions**:

- This is an in-office position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
