**Job Title: Customer Service & Cashier - Playzone**
**(Strong communication skills needed )**
**Location**: Dwarka, Delhi
**Salary**:₹29,000 - ₹32,000 + Incentives**
**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **cashiering, billing, and daily transactions** accurately.
- Greet guests warmly and maintain a **professional and friendly interaction**.
- **Upsell play packages, memberships, food, and beverages** to maximize revenue.
- Manage front desk operations including **guest queries, bookings, and check-ins/check-outs**.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a **smooth guest experience**.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards within the Playzone.
- Prepare daily sales/cash reports and submit to management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **1-3 years of experience** in cashiering, F&B, café, or front desk roles.
- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills (MUST).**:
- Confident in **upselling and customer engagement.**:
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, billing, and cash handling.
- Flexible to work in shifts (weekends/public holidays included).
- Energetic, customer-focused, and team player.
