**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the business or department, ensuring that processes run smoothly.
- **Process Improvement**: Analyze existing operations and identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices and optimizing workflows.
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with other departments (sales, marketing, finance, HR) to ensure seamless operational functioning.
- **Resource Management**: Ensure that necessary resources (personnel, equipment, and materials) are available for operations and are used efficiently.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals are met.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in the preparation and management of operational budgets, ensuring that expenses are within set limits.
- **Problem-Solving**: Quickly address any operational issues or bottlenecks, ensuring mínimal impact on business activities.
- **Compliance & Risk Management**: Ensure all operations are in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- **Staff Supervision**: Manage and support the operational team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- **Vendor Management**: Oversee relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and high-quality services.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular operational reports for senior management, highlighting performance, challenges, and improvements.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure that customer requirements are met efficiently, working with customer service teams to address issues promptly.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Operations: 2 years (preferred)
