**Job Title**: Ayurvedic Doctor (Pharma Division)

**Location**: Vadodara, Gujarat

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years

**Salary**: ₹4.00-6.00 LPA + Incentives

**Qualification**: BAMS / MD (Ayurveda)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technical Literature Creation**
- Draft technical documents including product monographs, herb profiles, dosage guidelines, and usage instructions.
- Develop scientifically sound literature for patients, internal teams, and marketing materials.
- Assist the marketing team with Ayurvedic insights to strengthen product positioning.
- **Product Formulation**:

- Collaborate with R&D on the formulation of classical and proprietary Ayurvedic products.
- Ensure ingredient synergy, therapeutic efficacy, and alignment with traditional texts.
- Recommend improvements or innovation in formulations based on market feedback.
- **Product Development Support**:

- Participate in ideation, research, and clinical evaluation of new product concepts.
- Support pilot batch evaluations and stability testing.
- Analyze patient feedback to refine product formulations and positioning.
- **Training & Knowledge Sharing**:

- Address technical queries related to formulations and clinical use.
- **Regulatory and Compliance Support**:

- Assist with documentation as per AYUSH and FSSAI regulatory standards.
- Review and verify classical references and technical dossiers for product registration.
- **Clinical Consultation**:

- Conduct online and offline consultations with patients using Ayurvedic diagnostic principles.
- Recommend personalized treatment plans, herbal therapies, and lifestyle modifications based on prakriti and dosha analysis.
- Monitor patient outcomes and support ongoing care and follow-ups.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong command of Ayurvedic texts (Charaka, Sushruta, etc.) and treatment protocols
- Good understanding of herbal ingredients and classical formulations
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- **Effective English and Hindi communication skills**:

- **Herbal experience is an added advantage**:
