We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) Doctor to join our Cannacraft clinic. As a BAMS Doctor, you will play a crucial role in consulting patients, recommending tailored Ayurvedic treatments, and managing prescription-based medicinal cannabis therapies with other MBBS, Oncologists several other qualified doctors. Your expertise in Ayurveda and modern healthcare will be instrumental in guiding patients toward natural, safe, and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Consultations: Conduct thorough medical consultations to understand patient conditions, symptoms, and history.
- Personalized Treatment Plans: Diagnose and develop Ayurvedic treatment plans, including Cannacraft’s Vijaya-infused products, ensuring they align with patients’ specific medical needs.
- Prescription Management: Issue and upload prescriptions through Cannacraft’s mobile app, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of patient progress.
- Education and Guidance: Educate patients on the benefits, usage, and legal aspects of Vijaya (cannabis) treatments, addressing any concerns they may have.
- Collaboration with Pharmacy Team: Coordinate with the in-store pharmacy team to ensure timely dispatch of prescribed products and follow-ups.
- Follow-Up Care: Provide ongoing care by tracking the patient’s progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Compliance and Record-Keeping: Ensure all treatments and recommendations are recorded precisely under Ayush Ministry regulations and Cannacraft’s protocols.

Qualifications:

- BAMS Degree: A recognized BAMS degree with valid certification.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in clinical practice, preferably with a focus on chronic pain management, anxiety, or cancer care.
- Knowledge of Medicinal Cannabis: Familiarity with Vijaya-infused treatments or willingness to learn and stay updated on this evolving field.
- Patient-Centered Approach: Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centric mindset.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools for prescription uploads and patient record management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
