**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage the entire blouse stitching and hand embroidery production process.
- Plan and allocate daily work to tailors and embroiders to meet order deadlines.
- Act as a mediator between the embroidery team and sales team to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Monitor the quality of stitching and embroidery to meet design specifications and customer expectations.
- Track production timelines, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to maintain efficiency.
- Maintain records of work progress, materials usage, and manpower productivity.
- Train and guide new workers on garment construction and embroidery techniques as required.
- Ensure proper discipline, time management, and adherence to company policies in the production unit.
- Report daily production updates to management.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma / Degree in Fashion Technology, Garment Manufacturing, or related field.
- **Experience in blouse stitching and hand embroidery production.**:

- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and embroidery techniques.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both artisans and the sales team.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Should be detail-oriented and quality-conscious.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
