**Job Description:
- **License Renewals/ Endorsements**: Tracking license expiries, planning the license submissions and following up with Pilots with respect to the same. Learning and working on the eGCA portal for license renewals/ endorsements and related tasks. Preparing the renewal/ endorsement documents.
- **Co-ordination with the Regulator**: Co-ordinating with the regulator for license renewals, Pilots’ medicals and all such related tasks. Submitting the licenses to the regulator and following up with the regulator till closure - expedite whenever and wherever required. Maintain a good rapport with the regulator.
- **Co-ordination with the Pilots**: Co-ordinating with the Pilots for licenses, reports etc. and assisting them wherever required with respect to license and medical renewals.
- **Liaison with team**: Maintain a good rapport and liaise with team members for getting the licensing/ training related documents sent/ collected.
- **Training Room/ ELP Room Checks**: Ensure that a weekly check is done for the base training and ELP rooms as per the prescribed checklist. Reports for deviations (if any) to be reported to the RM and raise it in the appropriate platform to the concerned and follow-up till closure. Once the checks are done, upload the check report in the share drive.
- **Reports**: Apart from the periodic reports, additonal reports to be prepared as and when requested by the management pertaining to crew licenses, trainings, medicals, non-availabilities and any other such reports.
- Any other task related to Pilots’ licensing and training that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

**Job Specification**:

- Education: Graduate from a recognized university
- Experience: Freshers
- Good communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS-Office (Excel)
- Ability to work effectively in team
- Proactive and task oriented
