- Position Overview:

- Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of BI solutions using Power BI, including data models, reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Architect and implement data models, ETL processes, and data integration solutions to support business intelligence and analytics requirements.
- Design and implement data governance, security, and compliance measures to protect sensitive information and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate and recommend Power BI best practices, standards, and governance policies across the organization.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to BI developers, analysts, and architects, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Lead the selection and implementation of BI tools and technologies, ensuring alignment with architectural guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in BI and analytics, and recommend opportunities for innovation and optimization.

- Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10 to 12 years of experience working in business intelligence, data warehousing, and analytics, with a focus on BI architecture and Power BI.
- Extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing BI solutions using Power BI, including data models, reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations.
- In-depth knowledge of data modelling techniques, dimensional modelling, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or Looker is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst are highly desirable.
