**Order Management**: Monitor and process online orders from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment and accuracy.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Track stock levels, coordinate with warehouse teams, and assist in inventory audits and reconciliations.
- **Logistics Handling**: Liaise with delivery partners/courier services to ensure on-time and efficient order deliveries and returns.
- **Vendor Management**: Communicate with vendors for procurement, order status, and resolving discrepancies.
- **Customer Support Coordination**: Work with the customer support team to resolve customer complaints related to delivery, returns, or damaged items.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Generate daily/weekly operational reports (inventory levels, order status, logistics KPIs) and flag anomalies.
- **Process Optimization**: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- **Platform Management**: Assist in product listings, price updates, and promotions on eCommerce platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce operations or supply chain/logistics.
- Strong Excel and data management skills; experience with ERP or OMS tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
