QA Manual Engineer

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-focused QA Manual Engineer with strong analytical skills to ensure software quality across the development lifecycle. Responsibilities include creating and executing test cases, identifying issues, documenting results, and collaborating with developers to maintain high product standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on product requirements.

2. Perform various types of manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.

3. Identify, log, and track bugs using test management or issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).

4. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure accurate and thorough testing.

5. Review requirement specifications and technical documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

6. Validate bug fixes and perform retesting.

7. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.

8. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA methodologies.

4. Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, etc.).

5. Knowledge of SQL for database validation.

6. Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.

7. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
