**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **Project Coordinator with a civil background** to oversee ongoing and upcoming renovation projects at Banyan Paradise Resort. The role involves managing **finishing works**, **coordinating multiple agencies/vendors**, and ensuring smooth workflow for **faster and efficient project completion** without compromising quality.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise day-to-day renovation and finishing activities (painting, flooring, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
- Coordinate between contractors, suppliers, designers, and in-house teams to avoid delays and clashes.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved design, timeline, and quality standards.
- Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly status reports for management.
- Plan workflow so that multiple teams can work in parallel efficiently.
- Check site readiness, quality of finishing, and adherence to safety norms.
- Assist in material planning, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely availability of supplies.
- Report deviations in timeline, cost, or quality and suggest corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation of work schedules, approvals, and handovers.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma/Degree in **Civil Engineering** (preferred) or relevant technical background.
- **2-5 years’ experience** in site supervision, finishing work, or renovation projects (hospitality experience a plus).
- Strong coordination and communication skills to deal with multiple vendors and agencies.
- Good understanding of finishing standards in premium properties (painting, carpentry, flooring, MEP finishing).
- Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliver efficient outcomes.
- Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel preferrable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
