Key Responsibilities
- **Problem Resolution**: Analyze and resolve customer queries, technical issues, and transactional problems related to our products/services.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Shift Compliance**: Commit to working in a **24*7 rotational shift environment**, which includes working night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- **Documentation**: Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions into the CRM system.
- **Quality Assurance**: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores, first call resolution (FCR), and average handling time (AHT).

Qualifications & Requirements
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in a **Call Center, BPO, or Customer Support role** is highly preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills may be considered.
- **Education**: Graduate (any stream).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
