**Job Title: Customer Support Executive - International Voice Process**

**Job Type**: Full-time, Night Shift

Join our team as a Customer Support Executive for our International Voice Process based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer support via phone calls for our international clientele.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate information.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with customers.
- Follow company guidelines and protocols for customer service excellence.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective customer support.
- Adhere to the night shift schedule and punctuality requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with no mother tongue influence (MTI), grammatical errors, or pronunciation errors.
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions to their concerns.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer support software.
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus, but not required.
- Must be based in Jaipur or willing to relocate.
