**Field Sales Executive - B2B Sales (IT Hardware)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and target potential B2B customers, including SMEs, corporate businesses, and other organizations.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Present and demonstrate IT hardware products (e.g., laptops, desktops, servers, printers, networking devices) to clients effectively.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Research**: Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular sales reports, updates, and forecasts to management.
- **On-Site Visits**: Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, deliver presentations, and close sales deals.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with the internal team for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of field sales experience in B2B sales (IT hardware or related field preferred).
- **Education**: Minimum of a diploma or bachelor's degree.
- **Skills**:

- Basic understanding of IT hardware products and solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- **Other**: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000 per month + performance-based incentives.
