**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about company offerings.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up on leads and update the database with call details.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the calling process.

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication skills in [Specify Languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Regional Language].
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Good interpersonal skills and a confident personality. Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Qualifications Minimum qualification: [Graduate].
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
