**Job Description - GDA Trainer (General Duty Assistant)**

**Location**: Samastipur
**Openings**: 2 Trainers

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking motivated and skilled **GDA Trainers** to provide training in healthcare and patient care assistance. The trainer will play a key role in building students’ theoretical knowledge and practical skills to prepare them for employment in the healthcare sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct classroom and practical sessions for GDA students.
- Train students in basic nursing, patient care, and hospital procedures.
- Monitor, evaluate, and mentor students to achieve training outcomes.
- Maintain attendance, assessments, and student records.
- Support placement and mobilization initiatives when required.

**Eligibility**:

- **GNM with minimum 3 years of experience** OR **B.Sc. Nursing with 1 year of experience**.
- **Preferred**: TOT (Training of Trainers) Certified.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
